Catch up with celebrity chef Kathy Lehr and her new JDM barn, which serves as her classroom for culinary classes and as an outdoor kitchen complementing her hand-built clay oven. The oven can be used for almost anything, including roasts, breads, vegetables and pizza. Kathy Lehr, who focuses on artisanal breads, learned from Danielle Forestier, legendary baker who mentored Julia Child in breads. Forestier calls Lehr, “the best bread maker east of the Mississippi.”
