Rent-to-Own is available on Factory-Built sheds only; it is NOT available on built-on-site sheds, shed kits, or double-wide sheds.
A Rent-to-Own contract:
- Requires a landlord release (if you rent your home or land).
- Cannot cover site prep costs.
- Requires that you do not modify the shed before the contract is paid off. A liability damage waiver is available.
